Welcome to OzonaCo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.ozonaco.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Every OzonaCo item is made to order. Nothing is printed or produced until you place an order, which helps us reduce waste. Because each item is made just for you:
• Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Current estimates are listed on our FAQ page.
• Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed, before they go into production.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION, COLORS, AND SIZING
We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors can look different depending on your screen. Washed, dyed, distressed, and frayed garments are finished individually, so fading, texture, and distressing will vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are part of the design and are not considered defects.
Size charts are provided on each product page. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. Please check the size chart before ordering.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or product errors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our FAQ page. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Because our products are made to order, our return and exchange options are described in detail on our FAQ page at www.ozonaco.com/shipping-returns-faq. That policy is part of these Terms.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ozonaco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including designs, artwork, graphics, text, logos, and photos, belongs to OzonaCo or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not give you any rights to reproduce the design.
8. USER CONTENT
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other content, or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with OzonaCo, including on the Site and our social media. You confirm that you have the right to share that content.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site is hosted on a third-party platform, and orders may be produced and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners. The Site may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
12. DISCLAIMER
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
